NOTICE: After online sales have closed at the end of Friday, September 20th, a number will be assigned to each race entry purchased. The complete list of entry numbers and their purchasers will be shared with all purchasers unless anonymity is specifically requested to the DCLT in advance by email (info@dennisconservationlandtrust.org).
 

Winning *purchasers* will be notified. If you purchase entries on behalf of multiple people, it will be your responsibility to assign your purchased numbers to each individual, and in the case they win, distribute their prize.

Why Sponsor?

Sponsoring the race for $75+ is a wonderful opportunity to demonstrate your continued commitment to our nonprofit while gaining visibility for your business. Your sponsorship ensures that the Rubber Duck Race remains a free and accessible event for everyone to enjoy. 
 
What Does Sponsorship Include?
  • Recognition in our events materials, email blasts, social media accounts, and on our website, acknowledging your generous support. 
  • The option to decorate a large-size rubber duck (or multiple) to promote your business, which will be prominently displayed and entered into the Decked-Out Duck contest on race day. 
  • Eligibility to compete for first, second, or third place in the Decked-Out Duck contest, with prizes that can be shared with your family or business team. 
  • Following the event, you are welcome to bring your decorated duck back to your business or home to showcase your creativity and community spirit. 

For sponsors choosing the option to decorate a duck, DCLT will contact you with details including duck delivery, decoration, and submission. Sponsorships close August 31st to allow time before the event for those choosing to decorate a duck. Decorating must be completed by September 13th to be collected by DCLT and entered into the "Best Decked-Out Duck" competition on Race Day. At the event, participants will cast votes for their favorite "Decked-Out Duck" and winners will receive a prize. Ducks for decorating are 12". Displays must be no larger than 18" x 18" x 18". Designs must be family-, weather-, and wind-friendly. Sponsors will receive public recognition for their support.
